The Central Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Robert Kutin Junior, has passed away.
Reports indicate that Mr. Kutin was pronounced dead at approximately 10:00 pm on Sunday, December 22, 2024, in Accra. His death follows a prolonged battle with an undisclosed illness that spanned seven months.
Isaac Mensah, widely known as Mr. Blankon, who serves as the Central Regional Communications Officer, confirmed the tragic news to Adom News.
Mr. Blankon disclosed that due to his ill-health, Mr. Kutin was unable to participate in the party’s 2024 election campaign activities.
The late Robert Kutin Junior successfully retained his position as the NPP’s Central Regional Chairman in 2022, securing victory over his competitor, Joseph Kobina Essibu.
