I don’t always get my prophecies right – Nigel Gaisie

Prophet Nigel Gaisie acknowledged in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM that he does not always get his prophecies right. When asked if any of his predictions had ever failed, he confirmed this openly.

“I don’t always get my prophecies right. That’s part of being human,” he said. “Any prophet who claims 100% accuracy is not genuine. Sometimes, God will allow you to make a mistake as a reminder of your humanity. This is why staying spiritually alert is essential, and why prophets avoid distractions. My emotions are very important—if I’m not careful, I might misinterpret a vision. So yes, I sometimes make mistakes,” he explained on Daybreak Hitz.

Gaisie also reflected on how some of his early errors were due to his inexperience when he started his ministry. He noted that many prophets, including himself, lack formal education, and that mentorship from senior faith leaders was often absent. “I made a lot of mistakes because there was no one who was deeply invested in guiding me. However, Reverend Eastwood Anaba has been a great support, often reaching out, even in the early morning hours, to provide guidance. For people like me, he has become a vital source of advice,” Gaisie shared.

Reflecting on his late twenties, Gaisie said he lacked the guidance he needed, leading to avoidable errors in his prophetic work. “There are things I said nine or ten years ago that I would approach differently today. For example, if I could redo my prophecy about Mahama, I would communicate it differently,” he added. His prediction that former President John Mahama would win the 2020 elections led to a lot of backlash, which he attributed to his inexperience in expressing divine messages.

Currently, Gaisie has predicted that the New Patriotic Party will lose the upcoming general election.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie is the leader of the Prophetic Hill Church and is known for his prophecies about politicians, celebrities, and national events.
