Ghana’s Second Lady, Samira Bawumia, has described her husband, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as the most suitable leader to guide the nation through its current difficulties.
In an interview with GTV, Samira commended Dr. Bawumia’s leadership abilities and outlined his vision for the country. She emphasized that he possesses the qualities necessary to steer Ghana toward progress and stability in these trying times.
She expressed confidence in the impact of a vote for Dr. Bawumia and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming general election on December 7. According to her, this choice represents a pathway to hope and meaningful change for the nation.
Samira called on Ghanaians to rally behind her husband’s campaign, pointing to his wealth of experience and achievements as evidence of his capacity to address Ghana’s challenges and promote lasting development.
“Over the last eight years, we have committed ourselves to serving Ghanaians and solving problems. However, much more remains to be done. I urge you to entrust His Excellency Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia with the responsibility of leadership,” she stated.
She went on to highlight Dr. Bawumia’s character, saying, “He is a man of integrity, a diligent leader, and a brilliant thinker who is ready to deliver bold solutions for this country. I am confident that under his leadership, Ghana will make remarkable progress.”
